Position: Systems Administrator

Type: Full Time

Location: Ft. Bragg, NC

General Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the entire WAMC program team will include aspects of hardware maintenance and all software support for all workstations, peripherals and servers. This will require interaction with both Government civilian and military employees and other hardware maintenance and software/system support contractors. The work shall also require interaction with other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies' personnel and their contractors.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manages Microsoft Windows 2008-2012 servers.
  • Supports hardware (servers, PC's and peripherals) operating systems and software infrastructure.
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Set up accounts and workstations
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages


  • DOD 8570 IAT Level II required (Security+)
  • Six (6) years experience as a Systems Administrator. 
  • Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks in an effective manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Check (NACLC) clearance authorization
