Position: Program Manager

Type: Full Time

Location: Ft. Knox, KY



INTER-OP is currently seeking a Program Manager to provide management for a program that supports the US Army Recruiting Command nationwide. The candidate will organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities and interface with government personnel to ensure conformance to work standards. This candidate will provide overall management for a geographically dispersed workforce consisting of over 200 administrative support personnel. 



  • Lead and evaluate a diverse team.
  • Interface government personnel.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing a geographically dispersed workforce



  • 10 + year's experience managing, staffing, overseeing large teams.
  • Experience with Army Recruiting Battalion and Company Operations
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office suite software.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working as a Program / Project manager in DOD environments
  • Bachelor's Degree
